Updated Details Revealed For 370-401 N Morgan Street In West Loop

Updated renderings and details have been revealed for the multi-site mixed-use development at 370-401 N Morgan Street in the West Loop. Centered on the intersection with W Kinzie Street and eventually occupying the both lots to the north and the southwest corner of the crossing, the proposal will be built in multiple phases as demand increases. Developer Vista Property recently reviewed the Gensler-designed proposal with the community after introducing it to the Committee on Design late last year.

The Reed at Southbank Opens to First Apartment Residents in South Loop

The Reed at Southbank, a 41-story residential building located at 234 W Polk Street in South Loop, has opened. Lendlease developed this 447-foot tower, which forms part of the broader four-building project known as “Southbank.” The Southbank project was divided from the Riverline development planned by CMK to the south, and it also includes an extended Riverwalk and a central urban park.
