Castleview Holdings, an LLC registered in Park Ridge, IL, is named as the developer, and they’ll also be the general contractor as Castleview Construction. An application for the permit was filed on March 4, and it was approved 14 days later on March 18. The reported cost of construction is just over $2 million.
