A full opening is imminent for Old Town Park Phase Three, the third installation of Onni Group‘s mixed-use development in Near North Side. Located at 228 W Hill Street, the near-complete 41-story tower will house a combination of retail, office space, 450 apartments, and six townhouses.
Construction permits have been issued for a four-story mixed-use building at Wicker Park‘s 2111 W Caton Street, where the developer Lux Living 4U LLC has planned eight residential units above ground-floor retail. The structure will also come with a rooftop deck, a rooftop stair enclosure, and an incorporated eight-car garage.
Updated plans have been revealed for a proposed residential development at 2256 W Irving Park Road in North Center. Located on a corner lot, the project site sits at the intersection of W Irving Park Road and N Oakley Avenue. The property is currently home to the Chicago Joe’s Restaurant which is being sold by the owner. Landrosh Development is the developer behind the proposal.
Construction permits have been issued for 1755 W Cornelia Avenue, where the owner Volo Holdings LLC-1755 Cornelia Series has planned a three-story residential building. Located at the western edge of Lake View and set to house three total units, the development will also come with a basement, a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, a front terrace at the first floor, and decks both along the front and rear exteriors. Residents will also have accessed to a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck.
