‘Solverre’ at 4600 N Marine Drive Ranks as #21 in Year-End Countdown

Solverre at 4600 North Marine Drive project, now in the facade completion phase, stands at 159 feet and ranks as our 21st tallest construction project in the countdown. This 12-story residential building, developed by Lincoln Property Company and designed by Valerio Dewalt Train Associates, offers 303 units, ranging from studios to two-bedroom apartments. Eight affordable housing units will be available on-site, in addition to a $3.1 million contribution to a new 28-unit affordable development by Sarah’s Circle.

4600 N Marine Drive Begins Ascent To 29th Place In Year-End Countdown

Taking the 29th spot in our year-end countdown is the residential development at 4600 N Marine Drive in Uptown. Sitting right across the street from Montrose Beach on the intersection with W Wilson Avenue, the project replaces a surface parking lot previously owned by Weiss Memorial Hospital after much controversy with locals. Developer Lincoln Property Company has been leading the charge of the Valerio Dewalt Train-designed building which broke ground recently.

Groundbreaking Imminent For Residential Development At 4600 N Marine Drive In Uptown

Initial permits have been approved for a residential development at 4600 N Marine Drive in Uptown. Located on the intersection with W Wilson Avenue in front of Montrose Beach, the project replaces a surface parking lot previously owned by Weiss Memorial Hospital. Developer Lincoln Property Company is behind the proposal along with architecture firm Valerio Dewalt Train on the design.
