Updated details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 1257 N Ashland Avenue in Wicker Park. Located just north of the intersection with W Division Street and N Milwaukee Avenue, details for the project were originally announced around a year ago. With a new developer and architect taking over the project as of this year.
Developers have moved forward with the revised mixed-use development at 400 N Elizabeth Street in Fulton Market. Sitting on a slightly wedged site bound by N Ogden Avenue to the west and W Kinzie Street to the south, the project is being led by Mark Goodman & Associates and Weldon Development Group. Earlier this year YIMBY covered the new proposal for what was previously going to be a life sciences development.
Construction permits have been applied for the mixed-use development at 3310 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. Siting just north of the intersection with W School Street, the project will replace a one-story commercial building and a three-story residential structure. The project is being led by Mangan Builders who also own a nearby site.
Initial permits have been issued for the residential development at 2128 S Tan Court in Chinatown. Replacing a long-time vacant lot along the elevated tracks of the CTA Orange Line, the project will be called ‘Evergreen Garden’. The multi-phase proposal is being led by developer Tan Court Development LLC, with Chicago-based architecture firm FitzGerald Associates working on the design.
New details and renderings have been revealed for the new Fulton Park Campus across various addresses in Fulton Market. Centered around the intersection between W Carroll Avenue and N May Street, the multi-building campus includes recently built structures and a few new announcements. The project is being led by developer Trammell Crow Company with various architects working on each tower.
