This structure, when completed, will stand five stories tall and offer 33 residential units, alongside 2,800 square feet dedicated to commercial purposes. Designed by Red Architects, the 59-foot building will feature a masonry exterior made up of tan and red brick, metal paneling, and inset balconies.

Located on the intersection with N Campbell Avenue near the border with Bucktown, the project will be replacing a vacant lot across the street from a shopping plaza. A new set of plans have been revealed for a new residential building at 2429 W Fullerton Avenue in Logan Square. The current developer, SNS Realty Group, had bought the site from a previous developer with a different scope and design. This latest proposed iteration will offer 36 total units, split evenly between one-bedrooms and two-bedrooms. Seven of the units will be affordable under ARO guidelines.
