With the podium levels all poured, the residential tower at 370 North Morgan is now headed vertical in the Fulton Market District. With the podium now complete, you can see the setbacks of the tower, one on the south façade and one on the north, that will give the finished building the appearance of two rectangular structures.
Progress is ramping up at 370 North Morgan in the Fulton Market District, as Skender and McHugh Concrete pass the four-story podium and pour concrete for level five. They got started with caissons for the Vista Properties residential tower this spring.
370 North Morgan scored another pair of permits this past Friday, July 25, allowing the installation of a construction hoist and permitting tie-ins for the second and third phases of the tower crane. The 494-unit Fulton Market apartment tower broke ground in June with the kickoff of caisson drilling.
The wait is over at 370 North Morgan in the Fulton Market District, as general contractor Skender has begun drilling caissons for a new residential tower. Stalworth Underground is on hand with their rigs, fulfilling the permit issued on May 23.
