Another construction milestone has been achieved at the 370 North Morgan residential tower in Fulton Market, as the first row of glass panels have been installed just above the four-story podium.
A friend sent in a photo of the construction site last week, and zooming in, we noticed crates inside the fifth level that looked suspiciously like those used to ship curtain wall panels. A follow-up picture from that same spy on Monday confirmed that crates had been unpacked, and glass covered the entire south facing of the fifth floor.

A reader sent this photo on January 8. We zoomed in…

…and noticed crates of windows on the fifth floor.

Same reader, same perspective, but sunnier. By Monday, January 12….

….glass had been installed on the fifth level.
Progress on Vista Property Group’s Antunovich Associates-designed development appears to have reached the 23rd or 24th level, thanks to the tandem of Skender and McHugh Concrete. Upon completion, the tower will deliver 494 residences across its 32 stories.
A quick 360-degree tour of the construction site, taken January 17. Glass has wrapped the entire fifth floor, save for those panels that will be placed after the construction hoist is removed:
