The project will feature a two-story building with a basement, comprising three dwelling units. The development will replace the previous structure on the site, which was a one-story masonry building. The listed owner of the project is TA Development LLC.

Volo Holdings LLC is the developer behind the project, which will consist of a four-story building with six residential units, a ground-floor office space, a rooftop deck, a rooftop stair enclosure, and a three-vehicle garage on the first floor. The project is set to replace a narrow, vacant grass lot.
A preliminary permit for interior demolition has been granted in preparation for the revitalization of the Cameron Building at 240 N Ashland Avenue in the Near West Side. Situated on the southwest corner at the intersection with W Fulton Street, the historic clocktower building has been vacant for several years and is now proposed as the new headquarters for local incubator mHUB. The non-profit organization is driving the initiative, while Gensler is now confirmed as the project architect.
A new four-story, mixed-use building is set to rise at 6400 N Wayne Avenue in Rogers Park, with the project receiving a construction permit on May 2nd. The development will feature ground-level retail space and 10 dwelling units on the above floors. The filing owner of the project is Variable Properties LLC – 1355 Series, whose plans will be replacing a parking lot along the cross street of Devon Avenue.
