Following the completion of the structural work, the project is now focused on the installation of the innovative exterior designed by Eckenhoff Saunders Architects.

Renovation Permit Issued for 2852 W Polk Street in Tri-Taylor

Renovation permits have been issued for a residential project at 2852 W Polk Street in the East Garfield Park. South Side Realty LLC, the property owner, plans to revamp the existing two-story masonry building, which currently contains two dwelling units. The renovation will maintain the R-5 residential use and occupancy, and the project includes replacing the rear porch.
