The developer, Candea Development, has planned 13 total units, an elevator, a basement level, a bike room, and an attached garage with 13 total parking spaces. This garage wing will also be topped by a rooftop terrace. The new construction will be replacing a previously vacant lot.
Nearly all exterior paneling has been installed on the seven-story mixed-use building known as Nevele22, located at 1122 W Chicago Avenue in West Town. A development by Lipe Property Company, the building’s 97,000 square feet of programming will include 6,000 square feet of commercial space, 97 apartment dwellings, and parking for 39 vehicles.
Construction is a go for a three-story residential building developed by Kalos Group Development LLC, set to replace a vacant lot at 5205 S Wabash Avenue in Washington Park. The new project will house three total units, as well as a rear three-car concrete parking pad.
Construction has fully completed for PLSN Condos, a four-building mixed-use development at 816-832 W Cullerton Street in Pilsen. Arranged linearly along Cullerton Street, the westernmost building stands three stories, while the remainder are four stories. Planned by Public 2 LLC, the new structures have replaced a formerly vacant lot.

With Castleview Holdings LLC as the developer, the new construction will yield four total units, as well as other features such as a basement level, a rooftop deck with a trellis and stair enclosure, and a detached four-car garage with a separate rooftop deck. The property is currently occupied by a two-story masonry residence, for which demolition permits have been filed but not yet issued.
