Construction is nearing completion for Cirrus and Cascade, two residential towers rising at 211 N Harbor Drive and 455 E Waterside Drive, respectively, in Lakeshore East. Developers Magellan and Lendlease have co-planned the project, which occupies Parcels J, K, and L within the original Lakeshore East masterplan.
Full construction permits were recently issued for a three-story residential building at 5019 S Indiana Avenue in Bronzeville. Owned by Scott Allbright, the project will comprise of three total units and a detached house. These new structures are set to replace a currently vacant lot.
Finishing touches are underway for Navy Pier Flyover, a one-third mile long elevated path meant to improve pedestrian and bike access around the mouth of the Chicago River. Commissioned by the Chicago Department of Transportation, the $64 million infrastructure project has been divided into three stages. The two already-completed stages connect the river to Ohio Street Beach, while the remaining third phase will integrate with Outer Drive Bridge.

Enterprises Inc. is the filing owner, who is planning three total units, a rooftop deck, a back porch, and a basement. The property was formerly occupied by a single-story masonry building located in the rear of the lot.
Construction is approaching the halfway mark for Salesforce Tower Chicago in River North. Rising 60 stories at 333 W Wolf Point Plaza, the new office building is being developed by Hines as the final act of a three-part masterplan known as Wolf Point.
