The Robert McCormick Leadership and Economic Opportunity Center has reached the second floor at 6623 S Dr Martin Luther King Jr Drive in the West Woodlawn neighborhood. The three-story project, overseen by Pastor Corey Brooks of Project H.O.O.D. (Helping Others Obtain Destiny) and Trammell Crow Company, occupies the site of a former vacant lot and temporary pop-up plaza. The facility, encompassing 85,000 square feet, will house a wide variety of educational, community-oriented, and leisure activities.

Located at 900 W Taylor Street in Little Italy, this facility will add 135,000 square feet of new educational and research programming.
