Located at the west end of the rising Fulton Market neighborhood, the site is located at the corner of W Fulton Market and N Ada Street, just across from Sterling Bay’s Fulton West at 1330 W Fulton Market. Nearby bus transit is a nine-minute walk southwest to the 9 route’s Ashland & Lake stop, as well as a nine-minute walk southeast to the 19 route’s Washington & Racine bus stop. Nearby CTA L stops include a seven-minute walk southwest to Ashland Station and a ten-minute walk southeast to Morgan Station, both of which are serviced by the Green and Pink Lines.

Permits Filed for Townhouse Phase of 1650 W Division Street in Wicker Park

Permits were filed recently for the Alcove Wicker Park phase of Vermillion Development’s 55-unit residential project at 1650 W Division Street, consisting of 12 townhouses. In total, the project is expected to cost $15 million to build. Vermillion Wicker Park Development, LLC is listed as the owner, while Howard Hirsch of Hirsch MPG is listed as the architect of record.
