Construction permits have been issued for two new three-story modular residential buildings at 4706-08 S Marshfield Avenue in Back of the Yards. The owner of both projects is listed as Celadon Partners LLC, a Chicago-based real estate development firm that specializes in modular construction. The site of the projects was previously occupied by a vacant lot with an area of 2,407 square feet.
Final facade installation is now wrapping up for a new five-story mixed-use building at 1020 W Randolph Street in Fulton Market. The developer, L3 Capital, plans to offer ground-floor retail and Class A office space above, as well as a 1,850-square-foot rooftop deck.

The Habitat Company, along with Sinai Health System, Alecko Capital, and the City of Chicago, announced that they have secured financing for OC Living’s first phase, a 92-unit building with predominantly affordable apartments. The project is located in the city’s largest opportunity zone, which means it will benefit from tax incentives and attract more investment to the West Side.

The property is being developed by Marduk Management, using two LLCs named 3407 N Bosworth LLC and 3409 N Bosworth LLC, with plans for six total units for the project, each approximately 1,025 square feet.
