Work is wrapping up at Vista Tower, a 101-story mixed-use building in Lake Shore East. The tower’s bold design is the work of Studio Gang Architects. The Chicago-based firm led by renowned architect Jeanne Gang also designed the planned O’Hare terminal and the nearby Aqua Tower.
Demolition permits were recently filed for a two-story residential building at 4242 N Claremont Avenue in North Center. The mixed-material structure contains multiple residences, and is owned by 4242 Claremont LLC.
Exterior work is nearing completion at Phase Three of Old Town Park. The large mixed-use development is being developed by Onni Group and designed by Hartshorne Plunkard Architecture in Near North Side.
