Foundation work has begun for CA6 Condominiums, an eight-story residential building located at 305-323 S Racine Avenue in the southwest corner of West Loop. Co-planned by Belgravia Group and JRG Capital Partners, the development will house a total of 72 condominium units.
Demolition permits have been issued for a single-story masonry building located at 2228 W Belmont Avenue in Roscoe Village. With SRD Development LLC as the filing owner, future plans will include a four-story residence with three units, a rooftop deck and enclosure, a rear four-story metal porch, and a three-car garage with a separate rooftop deck. No designs of this new building have yet been revealed, and it is unclear who the architect of record will be.
Structural work has reached the third floor for a new four-story residential building, located at 2401 S State Street in Near South Side. Planned by City Pads, the the new development will house 19 units, 10 accessory parking spaces, and 33 bicycle spaces. The development will replace a previously vacant plot of land at the corner of S State Street and E 24th Street.

Developed by 1437 North California LLC, each of the two-story buildings will include two units, a basement, a rooftop deck and enclosure, a rear wooden porch, and a detached three-car garage. All four residences will replace a currently vacant grass lot.
