A new mixed-use project is set to replace a three-story masonry residence at 3019 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. The narrow four-story construction will yield three residential units atop a ground-floor retail space. The project is being led by Volo Holdings LLC, while Hanna Architects is serving as the architect of record.
As noted in the filing description, there will be a rooftop deck and stair enclosure capping the building. There will be two parking spaces in total, one included within the first floor, the other as a standalone single-vehicle garage located in the rear and equipped with its own rooftop deck.
Bus service in the area includes Route 9 and 76, both off which are within an approximately five-minute walk from the site. Closest L transit, meanwhile, can be found for the Brown and Purple Lines at Paulina station via 11-minute walk north.
Diamond Partnership, LLC is serving as the general contractor behind the approximately $1.5 million project. Based on the available information around the project, no finalized completion date has yet been revealed.
