Developed by CMK Companies, the new nine-story residential building, with a height of 115 feet, is set to house 37 residential units. These units will include 11 studios, 10 one-bedrooms, 14 two-bedrooms, and two three-bedrooms on the top floor with private terraces. In compliance with city regulations, 20 percent of these units will be designated as affordable.

Marquette Companies, the developer, has combined this new structure with a pre-existing five-story brick building from the 1920s on its southern boundary. Upon completion, the building will contain 210 apartments above retail establishments on the ground level.
