The development is set for a vacant lot north of the intersection with East 18th Street, adjacently east of the CTA tracks on a 48-foot-wide lot. The first-floor podium will house a residential lobby, 40 bicycle parking spaces, and four vehicle parking spots. A new curb cut on Wabash will provide access to the parking, complemented by landscaping and a path to the entrance.

  1. like more information on the apartments

  2. Does anyone know why they didn’t consolidate lots in that area? It seems like this was an opportunity for a larger project.
