Construction permits have been issued for a four-story residential building at 4854 N Damen Avenue, located in Ravenswood. The owner, filed under PFH Homes, is planning three total units. Additional components include a basement and a three-car garage with a rooftop deck.

Michael S. Cox is listed as the project’s structural engineer and designer. No renderings have yet been revealed, though multiple listed masonry contractors indicate a brick or stone facade.

The project site lies along Route 50, with nearest north and southbound bus stops at the adjacent Damen & Ainslie. An additional east and westbound route includes bus 81, located a three-minute walk south via Lawrence & Damen. Other buses can be found via a 12-minute walk southwest to Western & Lawrence, with service for Routes 11, 49, 49B, and X49.

Residents can find nearest CTA L Brown Line service at Damen station, located a six-minute walk south.

Outdoor space includes Vogle Playlot Park via a five-minute walk southwest, as well as the expansive 22-acre Winnemac Park, located less than a four-minute walk north. The commercially dense Lincoln Square area is also within walking distance, with its central intersection at Western & Lawrence.

Drummin Development, Inc. is serving as the general contractor for the $650,000 project. A timeline has not yet been announced.
