  1. Why are we still permitting new gas stations as a city, especially right by bus stops? It makes absolutely no sense with positive climate goals in mind.

      Cause this is right by the 69th St ramps to 94? No other stations on this road in this area. Some up on Marquette and some down on 71st.

      Besides the bus stop there is also a Red Line stop right there.

    • Forget about climate goals. What would bring in more property tax revenue, a gas station or a 5 story apartment building near a train stop? Anyone else notice the irony of building a red line extension when property north of 95th is being used for gas stations instead of housing?
