The architect of record is listed as John Hanna of Hanna Architects.
Parking will be provided by the nine-car garage at the first floor. In terms of public transportation, nearest bus lines include Routes 11, 49, 49B, X49, and 92 all within a five-minute walking radius. Residents looking to board Brown Line trains will find Western Station via a 12-minute walk south.
Star Development Corp, an Elmwood Park-based company, is listed as the general contractor for the project. The reported cost of construction is $4,350,750. As of now, an anticipated completion date for the project is currently unknown.
