Located at 2300 N Lincoln Park West, the property overlooks the Lincoln Park Zoo and Conservatory. The building, constructed in 1923, is on the National Register of Historic Places and now offers 209 rental units. Monthly rents vary from $2,500 to $15,000, with penthouse prices starting at $7,250.
