Riverside investment and development and AmTrust RE have been selected to be reviewed as developers for the renovation of 135 S LaSalle Street. These developers are partnering in an office-to-residential project as part of the expansive LaSalle St Reimagined initiative.
Construction continues on the mixed-use development at 5753 N Broadway in Edgewater. Located just north of the intersection with W Hollywood Avenue, the new structure replaces a one-story building previously on the site. The project is being led by local-developer MNS or Moment’s Notice Services.

Located at 700 W Chicago Avenue in River West, the project will replace a vacant portion of the Chicago Tribune riverside facility. The project is being led by Canadian-based developer Onni Group who is also behind Halsted Pointe across the river, a project that recently secured partial funding.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the mixed-use development at 3955 N Kilpatrick Avenue in Old Irving Park. Located near the six-corner intersection with W Irving Park Road and N Milwaukee Avenue, we covered updates to the design earlier this year as it submitted its plan application. The project is being led by developer GW Properties.
The City of Chicago has announced the potential sale and development of a handful of lots around 3916 S Lake Park Avenue in Bronzeville. Located around the intersection with E Oakwood Boulevard, the package is made up of six separate currently vacant lots. The efforts are being led in collaboration with the Department of Planning and Development as the city searches for potential development teams.
