Plans are progressing for the mixed-use proposal at 350 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Earlier this year we covered when the project received a slight redesign from its initial reveal around a year ago. The tower will rise on the corner with W Carroll Avenue and adjacent to Google’s current office, with Sterling Bay acting as the developer.
Further details have been revealed for the mixed-use mega development of Ivanhoe Village in Mundelein. Located at roughly 6000 W IL Route 60, the project will be the state’s first Urbanistic Traditional Neighborhood Development (TND). It is being brought forward by The Wirtz Corporation, owned by the same family who owns the Blackhawks and is behind The 1901 Project.

The 32,000-person city is located around 60 miles from The Loop, but is accessible via the South Shore Line and sits just over the boundary of the greater metropolitan area.

Just a few weeks ago we covered when developer Fern Hill revealed the edits to the building after nearly five years in development, having since changed the unit mix/condo count as well as detailing its field house.
Updated plans for the mixed-use development at 750 W North Avenue in Lincoln Park have been approved by the Chicago City Council. The current proposal is the second in recent years to be pitched for the surface parking lot bound by the tracks of the CTA Brown Line on two sides.
