A Final Look At the Completed Paseo Boricua Arts Building in Humboldt Park

Since YIMBY’s last update on the project, construction has completed for a five-story mixed-use building at 2709 W Division Street in Humboldt Park. Planned by Brinshore Development and the Puerto Rican Cultural Center, the structure has yielded a total of 24 affordable units atop a theater and ground-level retail. The new structure is set to replace four low-rise buildings demolished in 2021.

Curtain Wall Progresses for 360 N Green Street in Fulton Market

With the structural work reaching its 399-foot peak, the 24-story mixed-use building at 360 N Green Street is now rapidly progressing with its facade installation. The new Fulton Market tower, developed by Sterling Bay, who owns an array of nearby properties at various stages of development, will offer a mix of offices, 5,400 square feet of retail, and tenant amenities across 500,000 square feet of floor space.

Zoning Fully Approved For Mixed-Use Development In West Loop Gate

Zoning has been fully approved for the mixed-use development at 135 N Des Plaines Street in West Loop Gate. Located on the southeast corner with W Randolph Street just a block away from the highway, the upcoming proposal will replace a surface parking lot and its small footprint as the neighborhood continues to fill in long-term gaps. Developer Rogers Park Holdings LLC is working with local firm Axios Architects & Consultants on the small building which was announced earlier this year.
