Further details have been revealed for the mixed-use affordable development at 2525 N Kedzie Boulevard in Logan Square. Sitting on the northeast corner of the intersection with N Linden Place, we originally covered the announcement of the project earlier this year. The proposal is being led by Bickerdike Redevelopment with local firm LBBA Architects working on the design.
Further details have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 3955 N Kilpatrick Avenue in Old Irving Park as it heads to the Plan Commission this month. Situated on the corner with W Irving Park Road just south of the new Target within the Sears redevelopment. The plans are being presented by developer GW Properties who is working with local firm Pappageorge Haymes on the design.
Updated details, including a height increase, have been revealed once again for ‘Old Town Canvas’ at 1610 N LaSalle Drive in Old Town. Located on the intersection with W North Avenue, the proposal has been in the works for nearly three-years and recently updated at a community meeting. The structure is being developed by Fern Hill with local design-firm GREC Architects.
Plans have been revealed for a new mixed-use development at 600 S Homan Avenue in Homan Square. Sitting on the intersection with W Harrison Street and adjacent to the Eisenhower/I-290, the project will replace a long-time vacant lot. The Foundation for Homan Square is the developer behind the proposal with local-fim Latent Design working on its plans.
Partial funding has been announced for the mixed-use development at 4630 S Ashland Avenue in Back of the Yards. Located on the intersection with W 47th Street and S McDowell Avenue, the project will replace a group of multi-story structures behind a single facade. Dubbed ‘Rooted and Rising’, the proposal is being led by the Back of the Yards Neighborhood Council and Park Row Development.
