The Committee on Zoning has approved plans for the proposed mixed-use high-rise at 215 North Racine Avenue in Fulton Market. Sitting near the corner with West Lake Street, the project has been in the works for around a year, having faced much scrutiny from neighbors due to its proposed high-density zoning. Efforts for the project are being led by local developer Domus.
