Sterling Bay Announces Financing And Groundbreaking For 160 N Morgan Street In Fulton Market

Developer Sterling Bay has secured financing for its mixed-use development at 160 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Located just north of W Randolph Street and next to the CTA Morgan station, the tall tower replaces a now-demolished drive-thru bank that once held a Gucci pop-up shop. Earlier this year Sterling Bay forged a joint venture with Colorado-based real estate private equity firm Ascentris on the project with local firm bKL Architecture working on the modern design.

The triangular parcel is located at 2419 N Lincoln Avenue, situated prominently at the three-way intersection of Lincoln Avenue, Halsted Street, and Fullerton Parkway. LG Development’s “HUGO” Gets Ready to Rise in River North

Foundation work is progressing on HUGO, LG Development‘s two-building development located at 751 N Hudson Avenue and 411 W Chicago Avenue in River North. The two nine-story buildings will be nearly adjacent to one another, separated by an existing low-rise masonry building. Combined, the mixed-use edifices will span 230,000 square feet, occupied by 19,000 square feet of mercantile space and 227 apartments.
