Construction is nearing full height for 160 N Morgan Street, a 30-story mixed-use tower in Fulton Market District. Set to stand 350 feet in height, the new high rise by Sterling Bay and Ascentris will yield a total of 282 for-rent apartments atop two levels of retail.
Initial details have been revealed for a new mixed-use development at 2140 S Ashland Avenue in Heart of Chicago. Located on the intersection with W 21st Place and across the street from Benito Juarez High School, the new proposal will replace a vacant lot near the industrial heart of the predominantly Latin neighborhood right on the border with Pilsen.
