Final landscaping and metalwork are in progress at 1400 S Wabash Avenue. The 30-story, 350-foot tower, developed by Lendlease, will provide 299 rental units and ground-floor retail space to the South Loop neighborhood.

Construction of The Saint Grand, a new 22-story mixed-use development at 535 N St Clair Street in Streeterville, is now past the two-thirds mark, with the structure progressing steadily towards its final height of 238 feet. The project is a joint-effort between Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living, and Double Eagle Development.
A construction permit has been issued for a new mixed-use development at 3914 S Lake Park Avenue in Oakland. The approved permit allows for the construction of a four-story building with six residential units and ground-floor retail. The new development, owned by Jacek Bohaschuk, will replace a vacant lot.
The Chicago city council has approved the mixed-use development at 357 N Green Street in the West Loop. Sitting on a unique wedged lot with N Halsted Street to the east, the site has long been vacant as it is traversed by the Kennedy Expressway on the northeast corner and is surrounded by different modes of transit. However now Canadian-developer Onni Group, who recently revealed their redesigned tower for Halsted Pointe nearby, is tackling the challenge with SCB serving as the architect and Confluence working on its landscape design.
