Trammell Crow Company is developing the 379-foot-tall project, which will replace a former truck rental center and parking lot at the corner of Carroll Avenue and May Street. Bound by S Ingleside Avenue on the west and S Greenwood Avenue to the east, the Request For Qualifications (RFQ) was issued last year with the finalist being revealed in February of this year.
