New plans have been revealed for the multi-phase development at 1325 W Fulton Street within Fulton Market District. The block long site currently sits empty and has been in the hands of developer Sterling Bay since 2017. Now after a change in the market, the property will shift from offices to a multi-phase residential development in collaboration with Sulo Development.
Details have been revealed for the first structure set to rise within the upcoming Riverline development at 1010 S Wells Street in the South Loop. Located south of the River City Apartments, Riverline was once part of a larger development that included what is now Southbank north of W Polk Street.
Plans for the mixed-use development at 925 W Belmont Avenue are moving forward as a zoning application has been submitted. Located just west of the intersection with N Clark Street within Lake View, the project’s latest design is set to replace a handful of two-story story structures housing some long-term neighborhood staples.
Zoning has been approved for the mixed-use development at 1101 W Berwyn Avenue on the southern end of Edgewater. Sitting on the intersection with N Winthrop Avenue, the project will replace a vacant lot next to the CTA tracks. The team at Panoptic Group is leading the efforts for the development with local firm Hanna Architects serving as the designers.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the initial phase of the Legends South development at 4520 S State Street in Grand Boulevard. Located on the southwest corner of the intersection with W 45th Street, the project received initial approval for its TIF funding earlier this summer which YIMBY covered here.
