Fulbrix Completes Exterior Construction in Fulton Market

Facade construction has recently finished for the 27-story mixed-use high rise known as Fulbrix, located along the Randolph Street corridor of Fulton Market District. Moceri + Roszak’s latest building, under the address 160 N Elizabeth Street, is a 293-foot-tall structure with 9,000 square feet of retail space and 375 rental units. A portion of the units will be priced affordably under the ARO planning regulations, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, with many featuring private balconies.

Fulbrix Apartments Places 14th In Year-End Countdown

Ranking #14 in YIMBY’s year-end construction countdown is 160 N Elizabeth Street, a 27-story mixed-use tower progressing in the final steps of its facade installation. Located in the west end of the Fulton Market District and developed by Moceri + Roszak, the 293-foot-tall building, now named “Fulbrix,” will feature 9,000 square feet of retail space and 375 rental units. In accordance with the ARO planning regulations, 20 percent of these units will be affordably priced and include a variety of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, many of which will boast private balconies.

Cladding Rounds Out for 160 N Elizabeth Street in Fulton Market District

Facade work is nearing full completion for the 27-story 160 N Elizabeth Street, a mixed-use high rise towards the west end of Fulton Market District. Now dubbed “Fulbrix,” Moceri + Roszak‘s 293-foot-tall building will have 9,000 square feet of retail space and 375 rental units. Of those units, 20 percent will be priced affordably under the ARO planning regulations. These residences will include a mix of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedrooms. A large portion will also come with private balconies.
