For the replacing development, owner Stan Bernshteyn has planned retail at ground level with 25 apartments above. Additional features include a rooftop deck, 13 parking spaces, and 19 bike spaces.
Zoning has been approved for a two-building mixed-use development located at 1131 and 1135 W Winona Street in Uptown. Located on an L-shaped site, the project is bound by W Winona Street to the north, N Broadway to the west, the CTA L tracks to the east, and two existing buildings to the south.

Filed under owner Charles Stewart, the development will yield one commercial unit at ground level, with three residential units above. Parking will include three outdoor spaces in the rear of the building. The new structure is set to replace a two-story masonry building with one additional level of below-grade retail.
Interior demolition and cladding removal is nearly complete for 932 W Randolph Street in the West Loop. L3 Capital is re-skinning an existing three-story commercial building, along with constructing a new three-story addition.
Demolition is now complete at 166 N Aberdeen Street in West Loop, clearing the way for a new 20-story mixed-use tower by MCZ Development. Standing 241 feet to its pinnacle, the building will house a collection of retail, dining, and offices on the lower floors, with 236 apartments housed above. The project serves as the second and taller phase of a two-part plan, with the first building at 171 N Aberdeen Street completed in 2018.
