Construction is far along on the residential development at 816-826 W Cullerton Street in Pilsen. The project is made up of three parcels with three buildings at 816 W Cullerton Street, 822 W Cullerton Street, and 826 W Cullerton Street. The site is located along W Cullerton Street between S Peoria Street and S Jourdan Court, just off of S Halsted Street. Public 2, LLC is listed as the owner behind the permits.
The Zoning Board of Appeals has granted zoning approval for a co-living development at 123 W Chicago Avenue in River North. Located at the southeast corner of W Chicago Avenue and N LaSalle Drive, the residential project is on a corner lot.
