Zoning has been approved for a four-story mixed-use building at 2107-11 W Caton Street in Wicker Park. The owner, Sean McKeough, is planning ground-floor retail, with eight residential units on the three floors above. Additional features will include a rooftop deck and stair enclosure, as well as an attached eight-car garage.

The owner, filed under Maurizio Ursetta, is planning two commercial spaces on the ground floor, with two residential units above. Additional features will include an integrated four-car garage and a masonry trash enclosure. The property had previously been reclassified from an M1-2 zoning designation, allowing for industrial lots only to a C1-2 designation, allowing for retail with apartments above.
