Structural work has reached the third floor of 1039-41 W Belmont Avenue, a four-story mixed-use building currently underway in Lake View. Cumin Restaurant is the occupying owner, filed under the name Kathmandu Properties in the original construction permit. The new structure will replace a former two-story masonry building that received demolition permits in May 2019.
Construction has topped out for 609 W Randolph Street, a 15-story mixed-use development near the heart of West Loop Gate. Planned by Vista Property Group and spanning over 100,000 feet, the 211-foot-tall tower is set to house 1,770 square feet of ground-level retail and office use on the remaining 14 floors. The base of the project will also restore and integrate a late 19th-century masonry building, while the new construction will replace a former parking lot.
Renderings have been revealed for a proposed mixed-use development at 4715 N Western Avenue in Lincoln Square. Located at the intersection of W Leland Avenue and N Western Avenue, the site is a city-owned public parking lot on the northeastern corner of the intersection. The Community Builders is the developer behind the concept.
Renderings have been revealed for a mixed-use development at 920 E 43rd Street in Oakland. Located along E 43rd Street, the subject property is currently a vacant lot, bound to the west by a public alley. DOM Properties Investment is the developer behind the project.
Revised renderings have been revealed for a proposed mixed-use development located at 1201 W Fulton Market in West Loop. Located at the intersection of N Racine Avenue and W Fulton Market, the corner lot is currently occupied by an existing one-story building.
