Demolition permits have been issued for a pair of low-rise masonry buildings, paving the way for a new 20-story tower at 166 N Aberdeen Street. The building will stretch 220 feet to roof and 241 feet to the parapet, making it one of the taller buildings in West Loop.
Photos show the completed exterior work for CMK Companies‘ 29-story mixed-use tower known as Imprint Chicago, located at 717 S Clark Street in the Printer’s Row neighborhood. Rising 315 feet high and having opened earlier this fall, the building ranks 26th in YIMBY’s December countdown of the city’s tallest new developments.
Renderings have been revealed for a new mixed-use development located at 525 S Wabash Avenue in The Loop. The proposal is located on a partial-block lot bound by E Congress Parkway, S Wabash Avenue, and E Harrison Street, and would replace an existing parking garage and parking lot. Eterra Plus LLC is in charge of the development.
Permits have been issued for a four-story mixed-use building, located at 3113 N Lincoln Avenue in Lake View. Filed under a different address of 3118 N Greenview Avenue, the slightly V-shaped lot lies just north of the intersection between N Lincoln Avenue, N Greenview Avenue, and W Barry Avenue. The owner, Barrett Homes, plans to include nine residential units atop ground-floor commercial space. A rooftop deck will also be included within the programming.
