Exterior walls have begun installation at The Gateway Apartments, an 11-story mixed-use building that recently topped out in the Illinois Medical District. Located at 2050 W Ogden Avenue, the project is set to yield 161 rental units atop ground-level retail. This 10-acre undertaking also includes a pair low-rise of retail buildings, as well as an upcoming six-story hotel.
