Renderings have been revealed for a proposed office development at 917 W Fulton Market in Fulton Market. Located on a rectangular site, the new building will span from W Fulton Market to S Lake Street along N Sangamon Street. The project scope also includes an existing warehouse building at 900 W Lake Street. Fulton Street Companies is the developer behind the proposal.
Exterior work is wrapping up for 800 W Fulton Market, an 18-story office building located at the northeastern corner of West Loop‘s Fulton Market. Thor Equities has developed the 300-foot-tall edifice, helping to extend Downtown’s density westward into the former meatpacking district.
Structural work has reached the 14th floor for Fulton Labs at 400 N Aberdeen Street, a specialized 16-story mixed-use office building tailored to bioscience and biotechnology. The project is developed by Trammell Crow Company in collaboration with Zoë Life Sciences, and is set to be the second installation of a 725,000-square-foot campus located in West Loop‘s Fulton Market District.
Redevelopment work is underway for a masonry commercial building at 910 W Randolph Street in the Fulton Market District, paving the way for a new two-story restaurant venue. Recently filed sign permits show that the restaurant will be Velvet Taco’s third Chicago location.
The Chicago Plan Commission has approved plans for a mixed-use development at 311 N Sangamon Street and 310 N Peoria Street in Fulton Market. Located in the northeastern section of the Fulton-Randolph Market District, the site consists of two adjacent properties along W Wayman Street, between N Sangamon Street and N Peoria Street. Marc Realty and investor Relu Stan are behind the development.
