Demolition permits were issued late last week for a single-story masonry building and drive thru, located at 1020 W Randolph Street in West Loop‘s Fulton Market District.
Construction has topped out at 12 stories for a mixed-use development known as 1045 on Fulton Market in West Loop’s Fulton Market District. The 147-foot-tall building has been spearheaded by Fulton Street Companies and Intercontinental Real Estate, and will offer a mix of ground-level retail and office space across its 150,000 square feet.
Demolition has begun at the site of 1200 W Carroll Avenue, located in West Loop‘s Fulton Market. Planned by Sterling Bay, the replacing 14-story development will reach a total height of 227 feet and feature nearly 485,000 square feet of Class A office space.
Cladding installation is progressing rapidly at the now topped-out Fulton Labs, rising 16 stories at 400 N Aberdeen Street in the Fulton Market district. Developed by Trammell Crow Company in collaboration with Zoƫ Life Sciences, the 420,000-square-foot building will be oriented towards biosciences and biotechnology companies, and will be the second installation of the Fulton Labs complex with 725,000 square feet of combined space. Programming will primarily consist of office and lab space, along with secondary lobby, retail, storage, and amenity space.
Structural work has reached the eighth floor for 1045 W Fulton Market, a 12-story mixed-use development rising in West Loop‘s burgeoning Fulton Market district. The 12-story project is a joint venture between Fulton Street Companies and Intercontinental Real Estate.
