A demolition permit has now been issued for the 18-story mixed-use high rise at 350 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Developed by Sterling Bay, the 288-foot-tall project is set to yield 505,000 square feet of programming, consisting of primarily class A offices and a supplementary 15,000 square feet of programming. Built to accommodate open, creative office layouts, the tower will provide its tenants with 30,000 to 45,000-square-foot floor plates.

Facade Installation Begins at 900 W Randolph Street in Fulton Market District

Facade pieces can now be seen along 900 Randolph Street in West Loop’s Fulton Market District. The 43-story mixed-use tower is being developed by Related Midwest, who has planned an even taller development just one block southeast at 725 W Randolph Street. Given its height of 495 feet, the skyscraper will be the second tallest building west of the Kennedy Expressway.

New Guinness Taproom Barrels Toward Completion in Fulton Market District

Renovation and construction work are rapidly taking shape for Fulton Market’s new Guinness Taproom. Coordinated by developer Fred Latsko, the project is an adaptive re-use of the former Pennsylvania Railroad Terminal Building at 375 N Morgan Street. A former destination for street art, the converted beer hub will yield a 10-barrel brewery, a pub, and a restaurant with local chef cuisine.
