Facade installation is approaching completion for One Six Six, a 21-story mixed-use tower at 166 N Aberdeen Street in Fulton Market District. At 224 feet in height, the Greystar-developed high rise will give way to 224 rental apartments atop ground-level retail. The site was formerly home to a complex of two-story masonry buildings that included Fabbri’s sausage factory.
Cladding has begun installation for the five-story 1020 W Randolph Street in Fulton Market District. The commercial building will offer ground-floor retail and upper-level Class A offices, with L3 Capital as the developer. The building will have a 1,850-square-foot rooftop deck encased in amenities and 22,000 square feet of interior space with modern finishes, living walls, and warehouse-style windows.
The tower crane stump and installed foundations can be seen at 225 N Elizabeth Street, set to give way to a new 28-story, 314-foot building in Fulton Market District. Developer Sterling Bay and partnering private equity firm Ascentris are behind this mixed-use project, which will provide 350 new apartment units atop ground-level retail.
Work on a new outdoor patio is taking shape at 817 W Lake Street in Fulton Market. Developed by Sancerre Realty, the permanent dining and bar area will accompany the adjacent BLVD Steakhouse directly to the east.
Completed demolition can be seen at the site of 1112 W Carroll Avenue in Fulton Market, where developer Trammell Crow Company has planned for a 33-story, primarily residential tower. Set to house 377 units and a ground-floor restaurant, the 370-foot-tall structure will be one of two. The second is a planned 26-story, 410-foot-tall office tower directly to the south at 315 N May Street. This even taller high-rise will yield 650,000 square feet of leasable office space and 15,000 square feet of retail.
