In the Fulton Market District, construction on the nine-story commercial building at 732 W Randolph Street is progressing toward completion with the remaining masonry touches now underway. Overseen by Samuel Oliva, this development spans 7,000 square feet, dedicating seven floors to offices, a ground floor for retail, and a top floor for tenant amenities.

Designed by Hirsch MPG, the building reflects a modern style in line with the neighborhood’s varied brick designs. The design includes deep-set windows and a metal-clad rooftop penthouse.

The building will feature amenities such as AT&T Fiber and Comcast Cable. Every floor will be equipped with a kitchenette. Additionally, the structure will contain two elevators, a fitness center, and a rooftop deck offering both indoor and outdoor spaces.

Although there’s no dedicated parking, the location provides easy access to public transportation, including Routes 8 and 20 bus stops and the Morgan CTA L station.
Maris Construction anticipates completing the project within this year.

I feel like this project dragged on for ages. I hope it doesn’t take another six months to finish the masonry, so the sidewalk can finally be unobstructed.
