Final facade work continues to progress for a new high rise at 225 North Elizabeth Street in Fulton Market. The 28-story mixed-use tower is a joint effort between Sterling Bay and Ascentris and is situated at the intersection of Fulton and Elizabeth Streets.
Last week, developers Fulton St. Companies and JDL held an official groundbreaking ceremony for an 11-story mixed-use development located at 919 W Fulton Market. The structure is designed to offer 409,000 square feet of space for office and retail purposes.
The 19-story mixed-use development at 210 N Aberdeen Street in Fulton Market is approaching the completion of its facade. The project, led by LG Development Group and named “Arthur on Aberdeen,” covers 406,000 square feet and is situated on an L-shaped plot. Located between Aberdeen Street to the east and May Street to the west, the structure will offer 363 total residential units, 73 of which will be affordable, and 10,700 square feet of retail space.
Construction on 1114 W Carroll Avenue, a 34-story mixed-use skyscraper in Fulton Market, has surpassed the 26th floor. The project, overseen by Trammell Crow Company, will comprise 368 residential units and retail spaces on the ground floor. The building’s amenities feature a pool, a fitness center, and a rooftop terrace. It will also provide parking for 95 vehicles and 185 bicycles.
A tenant has been announced for the upcoming redevelopment of the property at 165 N Morgan Street in Fulton Market. Located just south of the intersection with W Lake Street, the existing structure was once the home of Tenzing Wines. The project is being led by Fulton Street Companies and Fred Latsko of Latsko Interest, with local-firm Hartshorne Plunkard Architects working on its design.
