Facade Work Nearing Completion for Fulton Labs in Fulton Market District

Cladding installation is progressing rapidly at the now topped-out Fulton Labs, rising 16 stories at 400 N Aberdeen Street in the Fulton Market district. Developed by Trammell Crow Company in collaboration with Zoƫ Life Sciences, the 420,000-square-foot building will be oriented towards biosciences and biotechnology companies, and will be the second installation of the Fulton Labs complex with 725,000 square feet of combined space. Programming will primarily consist of office and lab space, along with secondary lobby, retail, storage, and amenity space.

The Chicago City Council has given the final approval for demolition of the existing structure at 1020 W Randolph Street in the West Loop. Located within Fulton-Randolph Market District, and the northeast corner of W Randolph Street and N Carpenter Street, the current site conditions consist of an existing one-story bank with drive-through that is the subject of this demolition approval.
