Renderings Revealed For Two-Phase Development At 170 N May Street In West Loop

Updated renderings have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 170 N May Street and 175 N Racine Avenue in the West Loop. Bound by W Lake Street to the north, the project will be replacing a long-time vacant lot and was announced over four years ago. The efforts are still being led by LG Development which announced a major redesign of the property earlier this year.

Full building permit issued for 220 North Ada

220 North Ada received a full building permit on June 12, allowing general contractor Clayco to take the new apartment tower to its full 29-story height. Working in tandem with concrete contractor Adjustable Concrete Construction, the core is rising on site now, while a parking ramp is taking shape. As of Friday, crews have reached the underside of the second floor across most of the half-block-long site.

Height Increase And Residential Pivot Announced For 357 N Green Street In West Loop

Updated designs have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 357 N Green Street in the West Loop. Located on a wedge-shaped site bound by the raised level N Halsted Street to the east, the project is pivoting from its originally approved proposal from last year. The same team is still behind the project, with Onni Group acting as the developer and local-firm SCB working on its design.
