220 North Ada received a full building permit on June 12, allowing general contractor Clayco to take the new apartment tower to its full 29-story height. Working in tandem with concrete contractor Adjustable Concrete Construction, the core is rising on site now, while a parking ramp is taking shape. As of Friday, crews have reached the underside of the second floor across most of the half-block-long site.
Updated designs have been revealed for the mixed-use development at 1201 W Fulton in Fulton Market. Located on the intersection with N Racine Avenue on the western edge of the neighborhood, the tower is one of three-projects in the area that have revealed updates this week. Developer Fulton Street Companies is now working with GREC Architects on the revised designs.

The Chicago Plan Commission has approved the mixed-use development at 370 N Carpenter Street in the West Loop. Located on the intersection with N Aberdeen Street near the upcoming Fulton Park campus, it sits just north of the recently approved 345 N Aberdeen Street by the same developer Sterling Bay.
