Zoning has been approved for a new 15-story residential development at 19 N May Street in the West Loop. Located on an interior lot along N May Street, the site sits between W Madison Street and W Washington Boulevard. The nearest public transportation is CTA Route 20 accessed at the Madison and Aberdeen bus stop, a two-minute walk away. The Morgan CTA L station, serviced by the Green and Pink Lines, is a nine-minute walk away. Sulo Development is developing the project.
